MOU between the Rural Development Company, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Lao-Asia Telecommunication State Enterprise.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the feasibility study for comprehensive business cooperation between the Rural Development Company, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Lao-Asia Telecommunication State Enterprise was held on October 1, 2025, at the office of the Lao-Asia Telecommunication State Enterprise.

The ceremony was chaired by Colonel Boutsady Inthalangsy, Acting Head of the Office of the Ministry of National Defense, with the participation of Brigadier General Ulaha Thongvantha, Director General of the Lao-Asia Telecommunication State Enterprise, and Colonel Sooknilan Khamphilavong, Director General of the Rural Development Company under the Economic Department of the Ministry of National Defense, along with representatives from both companies.
