Ceremony for the announcement of transfer and appointment of staff from the Ministry of National Defense to serve as Deputy Director of Lao-Asia Telecom State Enterprise

The ceremony for the announcement of the transfer and appointment of staff from the Ministry of National Defense to the position of Deputy Director of Lao-Asia Telecom State Enterprise was held on September 5, 2025, at the Ministry of National Defense. The ceremony was chaired by Comrade Lieutenant General SJCPO Vongkham Phommachan, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of National Defense, with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of National Defense, departments, the management committee of Lao-Asia Telecom State Enterprise, and other related sectors.

At the ceremony, adjustments and changes in the positions of Lao-Asia Telecom State Enterprise were made, with the appointment of Comrade Lt. Col. Khidsavong Thippavong as Deputy Director of Lao-Asia Telecom State Enterprise, in order to ensure stable leadership, guarantee the successful fulfillment of political duties under the new circumstances, and to complete the organizational structure of the Enterprise in line with the unanimous resolution of the Ministry of National Defense
